Aromas: Strawberry and red currant fruits supported by savoury characters of earth, spice, and pepper. A hint of floral aromatics.

Palate: Red berry flavours. A plump, compact palate drawn out by mineral acidity and fine chalky tannins. Lingering anise, coffee and orange. Partners superbly with hard cheeses.

Notes: Ambient yeast ferments, unfiltered. Drink now or short to medium term cellaring.
