Palate: Voluptuous, with lingering raspberry and smokey oak flavours. Stemmy, spice and peppery characters offer complexity. A firmly tannic, full-bodied palate which retains elegance and poise.

Notes: Very low crops have yielded great intensity of flavour. Ambient yeast ferments, unfiltered. Drink now or medium term cellaring.
